Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat AlphaB Crystallin/CRYAB by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of rat heart tissue, mouse heart tissue, and human heart tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat AlphaB Crystallin/CRYAB Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4849) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). For additional reference, recombinant human AlphaB Crystallin/CRYAB and recombinant human AlphaA Crystallin/CRYAA (5 ng/lane) were included. A specific band was detected for AlphaB Crystallin/CRYAB at approximately 23 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Simple Western lane view shows lysates of human heart tissue, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for AlphaB Crystallin/CRYAB at approximately 28 kDa (as indicated) using 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat AlphaB Crystallin/CRYAB Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4849).
