Western Blot: p70 S6 Kinase/S6K Antibody [NBP2-23649] - Western blot Image of anti-p70 S6 Kinase. Whole cell protein from HeLa (lane 1), HEK293 (lane 2) and MCF7 (lane 3) was separated on a 7.5% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST. The membrane was probed with 2.0 ug/mL anti-p70 S6 Kinase in 1% milk, and detected with an anti-goat HRP secondary antibody using chemiluminescence.
