Cell Number Determination. HeLa cells 1x104 cells/well in MEM were incubated overnight (37°C, 5% CO2) in clear 96-well plates. 10 μL Cell Counting Kit-8 or 10 μL MTT (Catalog # 5224) was added and incubated for a further 90 mins. The absorbance was measured at 450 nm or 570 nm, higher sensitivity was achieved via the Cell Counting Kit-8 assay. |
