CyTOF-reported: Aminopeptidase N/CD13 Antibody (22A5) [NBP1-28429] - Human bone marrow underwent RBC lysis and surface staining with Gd-160 conjugate of CD13 (22A5) antibody at 2 ug/mL, followed by gating on standard surface markers. Neutrophils demonstrate characteristic CD13 loss and reacquisition, with partial reactivity on monocytes. Specificity is very good, with minimal reactivity on lymphocytes.
