Flow Cytometry: CD90/Thy1 Antibody (5E10) [NBP1-43379] - Analysis using the PerCP/Cy5.5 conjugate of NBP1-43379. Staining of the HEL cell line with Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control PerCP-Cy5.5 (open histogram) or Anti-Human CD90 (Thy-1) PerCP-Cy5.5 (filled histogram). Total viable cells were used for analysis.
Flow Cytometry: CD90/Thy1 Antibody (5E10) [NBP1-43379] - Staining of human erythroleukemia (HEL) cell line with 0.25 ug of Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control Purified (NBP1-43319) (open histogram) or 0.25 ug of Anti-Human CD90 (Thy-1) Purified (filled histogram) followed by Anti-Mouse IgG FITC. Total viable cells were used for analysis.
