This antibody reacts with heavy chains on sheep IgG, and with light chains on all sheep immunoglobulins. No reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin sheep serum proteins. This antibody is adsorbed against solid phase human, mouse, bovine, and rabbit serum and human and rabbit IgG.

Reconstitute with sterile PBS. If 0.5 mL of PBS is used, the antibody concentration will be 1 mg/mL.

Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in NaH2PO4, NaCl and Sodium Azide with Trehalose.

The product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
  • 12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70 °C as supplied.
