Western Blot: CXCR2/IL-8RB Antibody (547) [NBP2-43810] - Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) Boiled and unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CXCR2 antibody [547] diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (NBP2-19382) was used to detect the primary antibody.
